LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS OR CANCELLATIONS
Last Minute Bookings
- Each visit booked for “today” or “tomorrow” will be charged an extra $20 on top of the original visit price.
- All last minute booking requests must be made through the booking phone line 504-457-8778.
- The $20 late booking fee also applies to sleepovers that start “tonight” or “tomorrow night.”
Last Minute Cancellations
- Any visits cancelled for “today” or “tomorrow” will be charged in full.
- Visits that are not “today” or “tomorrow” but that are within one week (7 days) from the point of cancellation, will incur a 25% fee. In other words, Client will receive a 75% credit on any visits cancelled “the day after tomorrow” through “within one week.”
- Any remaining payments will be kept on file for the next booking and applied to that invoice.
