The winter holidays are fast approaching! We’d like to encourage everyone to start thinking about their plans and what pet care we can help with. The sooner the better! In order to avoid late fees and such, here’s a handy guide to our timeline for holiday bookings with us:
HOLIDAY FEES
$20 extra per day (Applies if booking includes any visits taking place on these dates, regardless # of visits scheduled per day)
Days Affected:
• Thanksgiving Day 11/27
• Christmas Eve 12/24
• Christmas Day 12/25
• New Year’s Eve 12/31
• New Year’s Day 1/1
LATE BOOKING FEES
Thanksgiving
Visits taking place anytime in the range Wed. 11/26 – Fri. 11/28
• Book before Monday 11/17 - no late booking fee
• Book on or after Monday 11/17 - $20 fee
Christmas/New Year’s
Visits taking place anytime in the range Friday 12/19 - Wednesday 1/1
• Book before Thursday 12/18 - no late booking fee
• Book on or after Thursday 12/18 - $50 fee
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION FEES
Thanksgiving
Applies only to canceling a visit scheduled for Thanksgiving Day, 11/27
• Cancel before Friday 11/21 - no cancellation fee
• Cancel between Friday 11/21 and Tuesday 11/25 - $20 cancellation fee
• Cancel on Wednesday 11/26 or on Thanksgiving Day 11/27 - Cancellation fee is full invoiced amount
Christmas
Applies only to canceling visits scheduled for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day
• Cancel before Monday 12/15 - no cancellation fee
• Cancel between Monday 12/15 and Monday 12/22 - $50 cancellation fee
• Cancel on Tuesday 12/23 or later - Cancellation fee is full invoiced amount
New Year’s
Applies only to canceling visits scheduled for New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Cancel before Monday 12/15 - no late booking fee
• Cancel between Monday 12/15 and Monday 12/22 - $20 cancellation fee
• Cancel between Tuesday 12/23 and Monday 12/29 - $50 cancellation fee
• Cancel on Tuesday 12/30 or later - Cancellation fee is full invoiced amount
